Server logs
When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) automatically records technical access information, including IP address, browser type, operating system and pages visited. These logs are necessary for the operation and security of the website and are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (security and service stability), pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Language preference
This website stores your language preference (Portuguese or English) in your browser’s localStorage. This information is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. It is not a cookie.
Data you send us directly
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, the data you share (name, contact details, message) will be used solely to respond to your enquiry and will never be shared with third parties.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Cookies
This website does not use our own tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We do not install Google Analytics, social media pixels or any other first-party cookie-based trackers.
The only exception is the embedded Google Maps map on the venue page — see the following section.
Google Maps
The venue page includes an interactive map provided by Google (Google Maps, by Google Ireland Limited). When that page loads, the map is requested from Google’s servers, which involves transmitting your IP address to Google and may result in Google setting cookies and loading its own tracking technologies on your device. This processing is carried out by Google under its own Privacy Policy, over which we have no control.
We use this map solely to show you the venue’s location and to make it easier to book a visit.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in displaying the venue’s location, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If you would rather not load Google’s map, you can refer to the address in the Legal Notice below or contact us directly.
Links to External Websites
This website contains links to Instagram, Facebook and casamentos.pt. Clicking those links will redirect you to third-party platforms with their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.
International Data Transfers
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection under the GDPR.
